We are glad you’ve chosen to schedule an appointment with us at our Personalized Care Suite! To ensure your first visit to the Care Suite is a positive one, we’ve compiled all of the information you’ll want to know ahead of time so your expectations are set.
On your first visit to the Care Suite, the appointment will start with a comprehensive evaluation by your dentist. This means that you will meet with your doctor and receive an oral examination and any necessary x-rays or radiographs. During your first appointment, your doctor will also ask you about any pain, discomfort, or concerns you have and need addressing.
If there are any records, X-rays, or radiographs from your previous dentist which are from the past 5 years, please bring those with you. Both printed and digital formats are acceptable.
Ahead of your appointment, you will receive an automated telephone message 2 days before to remind you of the scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule or would like to learn more about the Personalized Care Suite, please call 215-898-8965 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
